Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:

Time Frame: Refunds are only processed for eligible items within 3-5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Condition of Goods: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used or damaged items, except in cases of defects, are not eligible for a refund.

  1. Refund Process:

Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at help@sensy-co.com. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

  1. Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
