Orders within our country are processed within 1-3 business days.

  1. Shipping

Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. These will be displayed at checkout.

  1. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.

  1. Weekends and Holidays

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays. If your order is placed on these days, it will be processed on the next business day.

  1. Damages and Lost Packages

Sensy Aroma is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
